WARM WEATHER DESTINATIONS
We specifically package our items to guarantee it will arrive in perfect condition even in the hottest climates. Please select overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. for warm weather destination where temperatures exceed 60 F. Simply Put Gourmet cannot be held responsible for melting of product when overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m. is not accepted.
Next Day Air
An additional shipping charge will be passed on to the customer without mark-up. Orders shipped by 12:00 Midnight PST will ship the next business day, spend one day in transit, and will arrive on the second business day ( excluding weekends and Holidays) after the order was placed.
These fees are based upon an average shipping weight and destination, we may limit the number of packages shipped via expedited services. If the above charge simply does not cover the cost of shipping to the most distant locations, we will limit the number of packages in which we pack.
Second Day Air
An additional shipping charge will be passed on to the customer without mark-up. Orders placed by 12:00 Midnight PST will ship the next business day, spend two days in transit, and will arrive on the third business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order was placed.

We reserve the right to limit the amount of Packages sent.
In order to experience our gourmet delectable treats, we must have exact "ship to " addresses. If you, our valued customer becomes human and makes a mistake in shipping directions, we must pass the added costs on to you. If you have utilized a credit card, the added expense will be added to your charge card. We do not recommend sending a check, due to the fact that we will not ship an order until your check has cleared our bank.
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or a mailed check. Your billing address inputted during the order process must be the address to which the monthly credit card statement of the card being charged is mailed. If there is not a match, we cannot process your order. This simple method of security helps us verify that the card being used is not a lost or stolen card.
Upon processing of your shipment, you will receive an email from UPS notifying you that your shipment has been processed. When it ships, you can easily track the movement of your shipment across the country via the UPS website at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html with the tracking number provided. Also, you will be notified of the planned date of arrival.
California does not apply a tax on food, none of our products are taxable.
A $7.00 handling charge will be added to each order.
